Returns and Refunds Policy

At Tiles Home, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with your order, we accept returns under the following terms and conditions.

1. Eligibility for Returns

You may return items within 14 days of receiving your order. To be eligible for a return, items must be in their original condition, unused, and in their original packaging. Proof of purchase is required for all returns.

2. Non-Returnable Items

We cannot accept returns on the following items:

Custom or made-to-order products

Clearance or sale items

Items that have been installed or altered

Products without original packaging or labels

3. How to Initiate a Return

To request a return, please follow these steps:

Contact our customer service team through our website's contact form within 24 hours of delivery, providing your order number and details of the items you wish to return.

Our team will provide you with a return authorization number (RAN) and instructions on how to return your items.

Pack your items securely in their original packaging and include the RAN.

Return the items using your preferred courier service. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. Additionally, customers are responsible for any new delivery charges in case of exchanges.

4. Refunds

Once we receive your returned items, we will inspect them to ensure they meet our return criteria. If approved, we will process your refund within 7-10 business days. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Please note that shipping fees are non-refundable.

A 20% restocking fee will be deducted from your refund amount to cover handling and processing costs.

5. Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to exchange a product, please return the item for a refund and place a new order for the desired product. Customers are responsible for both return shipping costs and the new delivery charges for exchanges. Additionally, a 20% restocking fee will apply to exchanges.

6. Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery with photos of the damage. We will arrange a replacement or refund at no additional cost to you.
